Job summary

The PFSS PMO SrExec will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing sales and marketing processes within our organization. With a hybrid work model and day shift this position requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 12 years of experience. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee sales and marketing projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales and marketing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between sales and marketing teams to foster collaboration and synergy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales and marketing activities.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new tools and technologies to enhance sales and marketing capabilities.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in sales and marketing with proven experience in project management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in process optimization and strategic planning.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Have a keen understanding of market trends and data analysis.
  • Show proficiency in utilizing project management tools and technologies.
  • Display a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
