Job summary
The PFSS PMO SrExec will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing sales and marketing processes within our organization. With a hybrid work model and day shift this position requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 12 years of experience. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee sales and marketing projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales and marketing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Facilitate communication between sales and marketing teams to foster collaboration and synergy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales and marketing activities.
- Manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes and achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
