About the Role

As a Consulting Manager – AML Business Analyst (OFSAA FCCM ECM), you will make an impact by designing and delivering enterprise-scale Financial Crime Case Management (FCCM) solutions within the Oracle OFSAA platform.

You will combine deep AML domain expertise, FCCM technical capabilities, and consulting leadership to drive transformation initiatives across AML, Fraud, and Surveillance programs. This role requires hands-on configuration experience, strong data and workflow expertise, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional delivery engagements.

In this Role, You Will

OFSAA FCCM ECM Development & Configuration

  • Design and configure ECM workflows using Process Modelling Framework (PMF)
  • Configure case lifecycle management, alert handling, escalation, and disposition logic
  • Develop workflows for SAR/STR filings and regulatory reporting
  • Customize event and case management modules (ECM, CRR)

Data Model & Integration

  • Extend and manage FSDF / FSDM data models
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, and quality controls
  • Develop ETL pipelines using ODI / DIH or equivalent tools
  • Integrate data across alerts, cases, customer, account, and transaction layers

Workflow & Business Logic Enablement

  • Implement complex workflow scenarios (multi-level approvals, investigation flows, escalations)
  • Configure security models and role-based access controls
  • Optimize alert thresholds, prioritization, and routing logic
  • Enable case enrichment and investigator support capabilities

Solution Delivery & Lifecycle Management

  • Lead or contribute to end-to-end FCCM implementations (new, upgrade, or migration)
  • Support Agile delivery lifecycle (design → build → test → deploy)
  • Manage releases, data migrations, and phased rollouts
  • Ensure compliance with AML regulatory frameworks such as BSA, FATCA, and global AML standards

Testing, Validation & Governance

  • Support SIT/UAT, workflow validation, and reconciliation
  • Ensure data lineage, traceability, and governance compliance
  • Maintain high standards for data quality and operational accuracy

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

  • Engage with AML operations teams, compliance SMEs, technology, and data teams
  • Translate business requirements into technical workflow configurations and solutions
  • Provide solution design guidance, estimation, and consulting leadership

Work Model

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring at least four (4) days per week on-site at a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Canada. Regardless of your working arrangement, we support a healthy work-life balance through our wellbeing programs.

What You Must Have to Be Considered

  • 8–12+ years of experience in AML / Financial Crime domain
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle OFSAA FCCM (ECM, Event Management, CRR)
  • Proven experience with PMF workflow design and configuration
  • Deep understanding of FSDF / FSDM data models and integration frameworks
  • Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL and ETL tools (ODI or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of case management lifecycle and alert frameworks
  • Experience working with AML regulatory requirements (BSA, FATCA, global AML standards)
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting leadership skills

These Will Help You Succeed

  • Experience supporting platform modernization or vendor transition programs
  • Certifications such as CAMS, CAMI, SAFe, CSM, or CSPO
  • Experience with OFSAA upgrades and data migration efforts
  • Familiarity with cloud or hybrid OFSAA implementations
  • Experience in regulated financial services environments

We’re excited to meet professionals who bring deep financial crime expertise and a passion for driving transformation across enterprise platforms. Don’t hesitate to apply—even if you meet most, but not all, of the requirements.
