  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

  • Drive delivery cadence across distributed squads in Malaysia, India, and the Philippines

  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews

Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare and present clear status reports, dashboards, and executive updates

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional and global stakeholders

  • Manage expectations across multiple competing priorities and escalate appropriately

  • Maintain project documentation including charters, RAID logs, decision registers, and retrospective outputs

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team delivery capability and ways of working

  • Champion Agile best practices and coach team members where needed

Requirements

Must Have

  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering technology or digital transformation projects
