Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot Java React and Angular and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves designing developing and maintaining software solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot Java React and Angular to meet business requirements and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Design and implement scalable maintainable and efficient code to support application functionality and performance.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and adherence to quality standards.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and improve overall code quality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and address any technical challenges.
- Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components for a cohesive user experience.
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure smooth application operations.
