Contract Duration: 6 months and extendable

  • Design and execute scenarios to create synthetic member data reflecting business rules and domain requirements using GenRocket.
  • Manage, parse, validate, and reconcile ANSI X12 transactions, including 834 (enrolment), 837 (claims), and other relevant formats supporting dental and vision lines of business.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of member data generation, from initial enrolment (EDI 834 intake) through transformation, validation, and integration into data warehouse systems.
  • Leverage previous experience with membership data and processes to ensure artificial data is accurate and fit for purpose.
  • Validate artificial data for completeness, integrity, and alignment with data models; resolve anomalies prior to integration.
  • Load generated data into relevant systems and platforms; monitor and verify successful ingestion and processing
  • Utilize SQL skills to query, analyze, and manipulate data for testing, troubleshooting, and reporting purposes.
  • Investigate data issues or anomalies, conduct root cause analysis using SQL and other tools, and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with business and technical partners to ensure data meets test case needs and system requirements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data generation logic, lineage, and integration processes for auditability and reproducibility.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize artificial data creation, validation, and loading procedures.
  • Acts as a proactive learner by continuously identifying areas for improvement within the technology process and implementing innovative solutions to drive team success.
