Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of robust infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow ITOM ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITSM processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture to align with business objectives and technology trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and develop comprehensive solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure performance and reduce operational costs.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure architecture.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs processes and standards.Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in ServiceNow technologies.Monitor infrastructure performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues and ensure reliability.Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions.Provide technical expertise and support during critical incidents and problem resolution.Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITOM with a proven track record of successful implementations.Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM processes and their integration into enterprise environments.Proficiency in ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture with the ability to align technology with business goals.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative infrastructure solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Ability to lead and mentor teams fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Certifications Required
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
