Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of robust infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow ITOM ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITSM processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture to align with business objectives and technology trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and develop comprehensive solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure performance and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure architecture.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs processes and standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in ServiceNow technologies.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues and ensure reliability.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support during critical incidents and problem resolution.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITOM with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM processes and their integration into enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture with the ability to align technology with business goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative infrastructure solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
