Join our dynamic team as a Lead Infrastructure Architect where you will leverage your extensive experience in ServiceNow ITOM ITSM and Enterprise Architecture to drive innovation and efficiency. In a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our infrastructure solutions ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the future of our IT landscape.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of robust infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow ITOM ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITSM processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture to align with business objectives and technology trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure performance and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure architecture.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs processes and standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in ServiceNow technologies.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues and ensure reliability.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during critical incidents and problem resolution.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to drive successful project outcomes.

  • Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITOM with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM processes and their integration into enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture with the ability to align technology with business goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
