Release Manager
Location :- Amarillo, TX ( 3 Days work from Office , 2 days remote ) .

Key responsibilities :-
- Plan, schedule and coordinate end-to-end release cycles across DEV, QA, UAT and PROD, ensuring on-time, quality deployments.
- Own the change and release calendar; lead CAB / release-readiness reviews and manage approvals through ServiceNow ITSM.
- Enforce release governance in line with ITIL V4, maintaining release notes, rollback plans and audit-compliant documentation.
- Coordinate across development, QA, infrastructure and business teams to manage dependencies, risks and go / no-go decisions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git) to automate build, test and deployment activities.
- Automate routine release and environment tasks through scripting (Shell / PowerShell / Python).
- Track release metrics and run post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for release status, escalations and stakeholder communication.
