Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact (Level 1 support) for German-speaking end users
Handle requests via phone, email and ticketing tools
Solve typical IT issues (password resets, access, basic troubleshooting, guidance)
Document cases accurately and log tickets with clear notes
Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 teams when needed
Own your tickets end-to-end: keep users updated until resolution
Contribute to high customer satisfaction through friendly, professional communication
We are looking for you, if you:
Speak German at a high level (C1/C2) and can communicate confidently
Have English at least upper-intermediate level
Enjoy helping others and communicating with different people
Are open to working in shifts (8-hour shifts, rotating schedule)
Are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with basic admin/documentation
Have a High School diploma
Customer service experience is a plus — IT experience is not required
