Junior IT Support Associate – German speaker

Work location: Budapest, Hungary

Work model: Hybrid

Do you speak German on a high level (C1/C2) and enjoy helping people?
Would you like to start a career in IT — even if you don’t have an IT background yet?

Join our multilingual IT Support team in Budapest and provide high-level customer support for our market leader pharma clients.

Your German skills are the key — and we’ll teach you the technical part with structured training and daily support from experienced colleagues.

We can offer:

  • Paid training & continuous learning: we provide the technical knowledge step-by-step

  • Multilingual environment: work with an international team and native speakers

  • Hybrid work model and modern, easy-to-reach office

  • Competitive salary + cafeteria package

  • Wellbeing perks: free sport allowance near the office, All You Can Move Sport Pass (discounted), medical benefits

  • Language course reimbursement

  • Team culture: supportive colleagues, team events and company events

  • Recognition & growth: awards, annual bonus for top performers, annual salary review

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact (Level 1 support) for German-speaking end users

  • Handle requests via phone, email and ticketing tools

  • Solve typical IT issues (password resets, access, basic troubleshooting, guidance)

  • Document cases accurately and log tickets with clear notes

  • Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 teams when needed

  • Own your tickets end-to-end: keep users updated until resolution

  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction through friendly, professional communication

We are looking for you, if you:

  • Speak German at a high level (C1/C2) and can communicate confidently

  • Have English at least upper-intermediate level

  • Enjoy helping others and communicating with different people

  • Are open to working in shifts (8-hour shifts, rotating schedule)

  • Are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with basic admin/documentation

  • Have a High School diploma

  • Customer service experience is a plus — IT experience is not required
