Job Summary

Pega Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale Pega transformation programs across enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega platforms program delivery stakeholder management and digital transformation initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega-based programs.
  • Manage multiple projects/workstreams within the program.
  • Ensure delivery within scope timeline budget and quality standards.
  • Define program roadmap milestones and resource planning.
  • Act as the primary client interface for program governance.
  • Communicate program status risks and escalation updates to leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT leadership.
  • Establish program governance structures and reporting cadence.
  • Identify and mitigate risks dependencies and bottlenecks.
  • Communicate fluently in English in both written and spoken forms enabling clear documentation stakeholder discussions and cross team collaboration
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to decompose complex requirements into implementable features and testable outcomes


Certifications Required

PMP Certified Scrum Master
