Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for the role of PE-Policy Servicing with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and a strong understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance. This is a work-from-office position with day shifts offering an opportunity to contribute to the efficient servicing of insurance policies.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage policy servicing requests with accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Ensure timely updates and modifications to policy records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve policy-related queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation for policy servicing.
- Provide exceptional support to stakeholders by addressing their policy servicing needs.
- Analyze policy details to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports track policy changes and maintain records.
- Monitor and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in Life and Annuities Insurance.
- Support the team in meeting service level agreements and performance targets.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and task completion.
- Adhere to the companys policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint for efficient task execution.
- Possess a strong understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance including policy structures and servicing requirements.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Showcase problem-solving abilities to address policy-related issues promptly.
- Display attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy servicing and documentation.
