Location: Bangalore (Relocation accepted)

Role: SailPoint Support Engineer (Level A / SA)
We are looking for experienced professionals to support SailPoint IdentityIQ in a high-security, enterprise environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Support SailPoint IdentityIQ operations (L2/L3 support)
- Manage and troubleshoot:
- Account aggregation processes
- Provisioning workflows
- Access certifications
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Monitor logs and diagnose system-level failures
- Handle incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in a 24/7 support model
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ support
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and workflows
- Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Hands-on troubleshooting and log analysis skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large enterprise IAM environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA or similar ticketing tools
- Experience in regulated / high-security environments
Soft Skills
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to stay calm under incident pressure
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
- Collaborative and service-focused mindset
