Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager – ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading ServiceNow transformation projects, advising clients on process improvements, and ensuring successful implementation of business solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process experts, and technical teams to drive operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects.
· Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
· Provide consultancy and solution recommendations to clients.
· Manage stakeholder relationships at program level.
· Drive process mapping and documentation activities.
· Lead implementation teams throughout project delivery.
· Manage user acceptance testing and business readiness activities.
· Deliver training and enablement programs.
· Promote innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
· Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow projects.
· Experience with Agile Scrum, Kanban, or Prince2 methodologies.
· Strong business process consulting background.
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
· Skills and Experience
· Strong stakeholder management skills.
· Experience with APQC and SIPOC process mapping methodologies.
· Business analysis and requirements gathering expertise.
· Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· User acceptance testing and business readiness experience.
· Training delivery and change management capabilities.
· ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
