Job Summary
Pega Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale Pega transformation programs across enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega platforms program delivery stakeholder management and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega-based programs.
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams within the program.
- Ensure delivery within scope timeline budget and quality standards.
- Define program roadmap milestones and resource planning.
- Act as the primary client interface for program governance.
- Communicate program status risks and escalation updates to leadership.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT leadership.
- Establish program governance structures and reporting cadence.
- Identify and mitigate risks dependencies and bottlenecks.
- Communicate fluently in English in both written and spoken forms enabling clear documentation stakeholder discussions and cross team collaboration
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to decompose complex requirements into implementable features and testable outcomes
Certifications Required
PMP Certified Scrum Master
