Role profile:
Experienced functional/process consultant who can independently own process areas and work closely with business users and ServiceNow delivery teams.
Must-have requirements:
- 5–8+ years of business/process consulting experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow functional consulting.
Strong knowledge of one or more core processes, particularly:
- ITSM
- HRSD
- ITOM / CMDB / Discovery
- ITAM
- CSM / SPM
- IRM / GRC
TPRM
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
- Ability to create:
- process designs
- functional specifications
- process flows
- business requirements
- user storie
- acceptance criteria
- Experience working with ServiceNow developers and architects.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT and deployment.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow configuration and platform capabilities, even if not a hands-on developer.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization and automation.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules.
- ServiceNow 2+ CIS certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience with Workspace, Service Portal, Service Builder or Employee Center
- Experience in a global enterprise environment.
