Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced DAP Consultant with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Whatfix and a background in Research and Development. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift. The position does not require travel allowing for a balanced work-life integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Whatfix solutions to enhance user experience and drive digital adoption.
- Oversee the customization of digital adoption platforms to align with client needs and organizational goals.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for leveraging Whatfix to optimize user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital adoption tools within existing systems.
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the effectiveness of digital adoption strategies.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct workshops to empower users with the necessary skills.
- Monitor the performance of digital adoption initiatives and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Innovate new approaches to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of digital adoption processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all digital adoption activities.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and end-users to resolve any issues promptly.
- Support the research and development team by providing insights on digital adoption trends and technologies.
- Drive the continuous improvement of digital adoption processes through regular assessments and feedback loops.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in implementing and managing Whatfix solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital adoption platforms and their impact on user engagement.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Show proficiency in analyzing data and user feedback to drive improvements.
- Have a background in Research and Development enhancing the ability to innovate and adapt.
- Display a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends in digital adoption technologies.
- Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
