Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of ITIL V4 processes to ensure efficient and effective IT service management.
- Manage the entire change lifecycle from initiation to closure to minimize disruptions and enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate communication strategies for change management to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Implement incident management processes to quickly resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
- Analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement and prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of change management processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for change and incident management processes to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Provide training and support to team members on ITIL V4 and change management best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of change and incident management processes.
- Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement in IT operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards in all change and incident management activities.
- Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Contribute to the companys mission by maintaining a reliable and efficient IT infrastructure that supports business objectives.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in ITIL V4 with a proven track record of successful implementation.
