Job summary
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the finance domain contract review redlining and pricing strategies. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth and enhance our market presence. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expand market presence in the finance domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews and redlining to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Analyze market trends and pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business development initiatives.
- Oversee the preparation and negotiation of proposals and agreements.
- Ensure alignment of business development activities with company objectives and goals.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to assess and improve business performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and departments.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote services.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Possess a strong understanding of the finance domain and its intricacies.
- Demonstrate expertise in contract review and redlining processes.

Certifications Required
Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) or equivalent in finance domain.
