As a BD Director you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing strategies of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Oversee the analysis of market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry influencers to foster collaboration and business development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the effective utilization of resources and budgets to maximize return on investment and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Drive the adoption of digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance customer reach and engagement in a hybrid work environment.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for sales and marketing teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize sales and marketing strategies and achieve measurable results.
  • Support the creation of compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the sales and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and success.


Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies in a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Display proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance customer engagement.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
  • Possess a masters degree in business administration or a related field as a nice-to-have qualification.


Certifications Required

Certified Sales Executive (CSE) Digital Marketing Certification
