- Drive the adoption of digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance customer reach and engagement in a hybrid work environment.

- Coordinate with product development teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize sales and marketing strategies and achieve measurable results.

Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies in a hybrid work model.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Display proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance customer engagement.
- Hold a bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
- Possess a masters degree in business administration or a related field as a nice-to-have qualification.
Certifications Required
Certified Sales Executive (CSE) Digital Marketing Certification
