Job summary
The Program Manager role involves overseeing and managing complex projects in a hybrid work model leveraging technical expertise in SQL Webservices .Net Java Intersystems technologies and FHIR to deliver impactful solutions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and contribute to the organizations goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the execution of multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables that align with business needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and business processes.
- Utilize expertise in SQL Webservices (SOAP and RESTful) .Net Java and Intersystems technologies to design and implement robust solutions.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices particularly in healthcare interoperability using FHIR and Intersystems HealthShare.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including plans reports and performance metrics.
- Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging insights from project performance and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure the effective utilization of resources balancing workload and priorities across teams.
- Maintain a focus on delivering solutions that positively impact society particularly in the healthcare domain. Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL Webservices (SOAP and RESTful) .Net Java and Intersystems technologies such as Ensemble HealthShare Cache and IRIS.
- Possess hands-on experience with FHIR standards and healthcare interoperability solutions.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges effectively.
- Showcase strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Display a proven track record of managing projects in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.
- Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management roles.
- Exhibit a commitment to delivering impactful solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Show a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes.
