Job Summary:

The Data Privacy Expert will support the organization’s Data Protection & Privacy (DPP) program by implementing privacy governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with global data protection laws, and providing technical and advisory guidance to stakeholders. The role involves managing privacy tracks such as DPIA, RoPA, and DSR, leading client and internal engagements, and driving delivery as per defined project plans.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining a privacy governance framework to manage data use in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining privacy related notices, policies, standards, guidelines, and processes.

  • Develop, document, and assess appropriate metrics and KPIs of the Data & Data Protection & Privacy program

  • Provide advice and guidance to the DPP Team in respect of Data Protection & Privacy

  • Provide deep technical privacy guidance, analysis, and feedback to stakeholders.

  • Help develop, implement, and manage processes, internal controls relating to privacy frameworks and offer privacy support to Data Protection & Privacy department.

  • Collaborate with DPP team in relation to compliance with data protection and privacy laws.

  • Liaise with business stakeholders for different tracks like DPIA, RoPA, DSR.

  • Manage the team & deliver the deliverables as per the project plan

  • Create plan for tracks to be maintained

  • Create Presentations and reporting as per customer requirements

  • Carry out stand up meetings and status meetings with customer and internal both.

  • Assist in developing and administering privacy training and awareness campaigns for various groups within the company.

  • Strong client service orientation.

  • Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
