Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.

- Utilize Customer Voice expertise to identify trends and insights that enhance user experience and drive customer loyalty.

- Support procurement processes by assisting in the Procure to Pay cycle ensuring seamless operations and compliance with company policies.

- Contribute to the development of user-centric solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning them with organizational goals.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and procurement activities to ensure transparency and accountability.

- Assist in creating and updating documentation related to customer service protocols and procurement workflows.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of customer service initiatives.

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements in all customer service and procurement activities.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

- Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver solutions that benefit the organization and its customers.

Requirements:

· 0 - 2 years of experience

· Customer Voice Domain Skills

· Advanced English

· Highschool Diploma

Domain Skills:

· User Experience Procure to Pay - Procurement

Qualifications:

- Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.

- Have a foundational understanding of Customer Voice principles and their application in enhancing user experiences.

- Exhibit knowledge of procurement processes particularly in the Procure to Pay cycle as a nice-to-have skill.

- Showcase analytical abilities to interpret customer feedback and translate it into actionable strategies.

- Display proficiency in documentation and record-keeping to maintain organized and accurate data.

- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.

- Bring a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.

- Show commitment to delivering high-quality service and achieving organizational objectives.

- Possess a customer-centric attitude to prioritize satisfaction and loyalty.
