About the role

As a Consulting Manager you will make an impact by executing a Customer 360 assessment and provide a roadmap for banking clients. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with stakeholders, teams, and clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Assess the existing Customer 360 landscape, including:
    • Customer/party data model and mastered entities
    • Source systems feeding existing model (core banking, fraud, digital, CRM, wealth platforms etc.)
  • Evaluate data quality, governance, metadata, and stewardship processes, consistent with enterprise practices
  • Review consumption of Customer 360 data across fraud, consumer, wealth use cases etc.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops across but not limited to:
    • Fraud and compliance teams
    • Retail/consumer banking business teams
    • Wealth management and advisory teams
  • Identify gaps in customer visibility, relationship hierarchies, and risk/context enrichment.
  • Map current and aspirational use cases (fraud detection, personalization, cross‑line insights, advisor enablement etc.).
  • Define the target Customer 360 vision, including:
    • Enterprise customer and relationship model
    • Alignment between existing model, analytics, fraud platforms, and downstream consumers
  • Recommend improvements to existing operating model, governance, and stewardship.
  • Identify opportunities to extend beyond operational model into AI and analytics‑ and insight‑driven Customer 360, where applicable.
  • Develop a phased Customer 360 roadmap covering:
    • Short‑term (stabilization and optimization of existing model)
    • Medium‑term (domain expansion, data quality and governance uplift)
    • Long‑term (advanced analytics, fraud enablement, personalization)
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, regulatory risk, and implementation complexity.
  • Produce assessment deliverables, including current‑state findings, gap analysis, target‑state architecture, and roadmap.
  • Present findings and recommendations to bank business and technology leadership.
  • Support executive‑level discussions with clear, data‑driven insights and options.

Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Dallas, Texas.

What you must have to be considered:

· Strong understanding (8-12 years) of banking customer/party data, relationships, and hierarchies.

· Knowledge of fraud, financial crime, and regulatory requirements impacting customer data, consumer banking, wealth management.

· Hands on experience with Customer 360 programs.

· Experience conducting Customer 360 assessments and defining future state roadmaps.

· Proven ability to conduct current state assessments, gap analysis, and roadmap definition. (hands on MDM experience preferred)

· Strong documentation, presentation, and storytelling skills.

· Experience working in client facing consulting engagements with senior stakeholders.

· Ability to work from client’s offices in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
