Team Leader - Pharmacovigilance

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for day-to-day work
· Timely reporting of Metrics and updating related quality tools/ trackers for deliverables
· Setting performance goals for the team
· Ensure appropriate distribution of work among direct reports
· Ensure proper communication with Client (as applicable)
· Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are maintained as per contractual agreement
· Perform annual performance appraisals of direct reports and provide regular feedback to the team
· Reporting to their supervisor on performance, status and any escalations for the team
· Responsible for motivation and retention of the team
· Communication of Resource issues / Resignations / Absconder to supervisor
· Managing assessment and development of team members
· Ensure audit readiness at all times
· Ensure adherence to internal and client procedures for self and team
· Ensuring training compliance and proper documentation is maintained in line with Global Training Plan / Global Training Transcript for self and team
· Lead / guide associates in process improvement initiatives in agreement with Client
Required skills:
· Graduate / Postgraduate / Doctorate degree in Life sciences / Science / Health care / Pharmacy / Medical sciences or equivalent degree
· Minimum 3 years of total PV experience from which minimum 1 year of experience in Team Leader/Team Coordinator role
· Fluency in English
· Effective Communication skills
· Performing tasks accurately and in timely manner
· Leadership and people management skills
