Business Assistant

Responsabilities:

- Provide customer service via email, phone, or ticketing platforms, with experience across both back-office and front-office operations;
- Strong communication skills with internal and external clients, demonstrating a helpful, professional, and cordial attitude while fostering positive relationships and partnerships;
- Assist the sales force, marketing areas, and other internal stakeholders;
- Follow existing policies, procedures, and timelines related to assigned processes.
- Support timely execution of all requirements for events, service delivery, and ad-hoc or seasonal client demands.
- Operate client internal tools (following provided training and support materials) and ensure data maintenance with integrity across all systems.
- Organize documentation generated for the control and validation of requests.

Requirements
- Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and recognize gaps and opportunities in processes and workflows.
- Demonstrate a quick learning ability and a strong understanding of both simple and complex processes.
- Possess knowledge of basic customer service indicators (e.g., TMA – Average Handling Time, FCR – First Call Resolution).
- Interpret performance indicators and results related to customer service.
- Create support materials such as step-by-step guides, tutorials, etc., using clear and objective language tailored for any audience.
- MS Office Suite: Basic proficiency across the suite
- Ease of interaction with teams and active collaboration in group work.
