Job Summary
Exp - 3 Years - 12 Years
- Client Solution Leadership: Act as the primary technical advisor to clients, articulating solution constructs that align with business goals and customer experience transformation.
- Presales Engagement: Support presales solutioning by designing and presenting Genesys Cloud architectures, demonstrating value propositions, and influencing client decision-making.
- Delivery Assurance: Lead delivery audits to ensure solutions meet architectural standards, compliance, and best practices, driving quality and consistency across engagements.
- Technical Design & Development: Own the end-to-end technical design and lead development activities for Genesys Cloud implementations as part of large-scale transformation programs.
- CRM & Ecosystem Integration: Drive integration discussions with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ensuring seamless interoperability and maximizing business value.
- AI-First Mindset: Champion AI-driven approaches, articulating how AI capabilities in Genesys Cloud can enhance customer experience and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Team & Partner Leadership: Lead technical teams, mentor architects and engineers, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to build mindshare and strengthen delivery excellence.
- Best Practice Incubation: Define, document, and propagate architectural best practices, fostering innovation and continuous improvement across projects.
Qualifications
- Obtain a degree in computer science information technology engineering or a related discipline or possess equivalent practical experience focused on software development
Gain practical experience of at least two years in Contact Center
