Role profile:
Senior process expert who can translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions and lead process transformation across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Must-have requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant business/process consulting experience, preferably with significant ServiceNow exposure.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow business process design and transformation.
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, process owners and senior management.
- Experience translating business requirements into:
- process designs
- ServiceNow requirements
- Implementation plans
- functional specifications
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem and Knowledge Management.
- Experience with at least 2–3 additional ServiceNow domains, ideally:
HRSD
ITOM / CMDB / Discovery
ITAM
CSM / SPM
IRM / GRC
TPRM
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations, transformations or large-scale enhancements, rather than only operational support.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and collaboration with developers/testers.
- Ability to challenge existing processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities.
- Experience in enterprise/global environments with multiple stakeholders and complex integrations.
Strong differentiators - Experience with AI-driven process optimization/automation.
- ServiceNow certification(s), e.g. CIS in relevant modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform Analytics / reporting / dashboards.
- Experience in large enterprise environments with high transaction volumes.
- Experience leading workshops and driving decisions with senior business stakeholders.
