Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Manager – ServiceNow Expert Business Process Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic ServiceNow transformation initiatives, providing expert advisory services, and supporting business growth activities. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, delivery teams, and customers to drive business value through process excellence and technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead large-scale ServiceNow transformation and implementation programs.

· Provide strategic business process consultancy.

· Manage executive stakeholder relationships.

· Drive process improvement and optimisation initiatives.

· Lead testing, hypercare, and business readiness activities.

· Mentor project teams and provide subject matter expertise.

· Support RFP activities and sales opportunities.

· Drive innovation initiatives, including AI and automation adoption.

· Promote continuous improvement across ServiceNow engagements.

Qualifications

· Extensive experience managing complex ServiceNow programs.

· Strong leadership and consulting experience.

· Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Prince2 methodologies.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

· Skills and Experience

· Advanced stakeholder and executive engagement skills.

· Expertise in process mapping methodologies such as APQC and SIPOC.

· Strong business transformation and change management experience.

· Experience leading global implementation teams.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Experience supporting pre-sales and RFP activities.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· ServiceNow certifications highly desirable.
