Project: Map content and data quality improvement for a global technology client
Role Description
- Create documents and reports for country- and language-specific research across a range of map feature types (Streets, Addresses, Territories, Water/Hydrography, Buildings, Points of Interest (POIs), and Venue Maps).
- Answer questions and provide translations from Spec and Product team which require language and local knowledge
- All deliverables must be handed over with correct grammar and spelling in required and requested language.
- Supplier workforce will work on tasks by Researching and analyzing geographic, linguistic data provided, provide feedback and correction of geographic data, etc.
- Grammar validations, QA of language and grammar in a geographic and cartographic context
What We’re Looking For
- Native level written and spoken communication skills of Spanish (Catalan)
- Fluency in English
- Min 1 year of experience in BPO operations, maps projects, data validation, content moderation, or web research
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and completeness
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and deliver clear, structured results
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, collaborative approach with strong team spirit
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving tools, processes, and operational workflows
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Valid legal work permit for Portugal
