Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive business transformation initiatives within the Insurance or Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze processes, define requirements, design target operating models, and deliver process improvement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct business process mapping and gap analysis.
Understand and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes.
Recommend Target Operating Models (TOM) and process improvements.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Act as a bridge between business users, SMEs, and IT delivery teams.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and workflow documentation.
Support solution validation, UAT, and implementation activities.

5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
