About the role

As a Delivery Director (Head of GCC), you will make an impact by leading large-scale BOTT, managed services, and transformation programs, enabling successful and expedited BOT/GCC setup and driving delivery excellence across complex enterprise engagements. You will be a valued member of the delivery leadership team and work collaboratively with business leaders, delivery teams, technology teams, functional stakeholders, and clients.

In this role, you will:

• Lead large BOTT, managed services, and transformation programs, ensuring parallel execution across HR, infrastructure, security, real estate, risk and compliance, audits, hiring, transition, and transformation workstreams.
• Own delivery governance, PMO discipline, operating models, and transition frameworks to drive predictable outcomes across global, multi-shore delivery environments.
• Oversee application development, maintenance, IT operations, business operations, and business process transformation, including follow-the-sun delivery models.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled productivity transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and business value.
• Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Engineering leaders, and Operations leaders while building accountable, high-performing teams with a strong ownership culture.

What you need to have to be considered

• 25+ years of overall IT, digital delivery, or enterprise technology delivery experience.
• 8–10+ years of experience leading large, multi-million-dollar enterprise engagements with P&L ownership and strong financial acumen.
• Strong experience in BOTT, managed services, GCC/BOT setup, large transformation programs, delivery governance, PMO, and operating models.
• Proven experience in banking or other regulated industries, with the ability to manage risk, compliance, audit, security, and client governance requirements.
• Experience managing global, multi-shore delivery models across application development, maintenance, IT operations, and business operations.
• Executive stakeholder management experience, including structured, data-driven communication, crisis and escalation management, and influence without authority.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Strong transition and knowledge management experience across complex enterprise transformation programs.
