About the Role
The Field Services Audio Visual (AV) Technician is responsible for providing onsite technical support for conference room technologies, collaboration platforms, audio visual systems, end-user devices, and workplace technology infrastructure. The role requires troubleshooting, installation, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of AV equipment while ensuring exceptional customer service and minimal business disruption
In This Role, You Will:
Audio Visual & Conference Room Support
- Support and maintain AV conferencing systems, telepresence solutions, meeting room panels, and collaboration technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve audio, video, display, microphone, camera, and connectivity issues.
- Perform break-fix support for conference room equipment and integrated AV systems.
- Validate functionality of video conferencing rooms before scheduled meetings and executive events.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for escalations and equipment repairs.
- Assist with live events, executive presentations, town halls, and hybrid meetings.
- Configure and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and other collaboration technologies.
- Provide onsite deskside support for hardware and software incidents.
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals, docking stations, monitors, printers, and mobile devices.
- Execute device deployments, refreshes, upgrades, and replacements.
- Perform hardware installations, testing, configuration, and post-deployment validation.
- Support onboarding activities including workstation setup and user readiness.
- Provide Smart Hands & Feet support for local infrastructure and technology equipment.
- Assist users with software troubleshooting, operating system issues, Office applications, and peripheral configurations.
Work Model
The role requires working five days a week at the client’s Amsterdam office; there is no hybrid option.
