Architect role in a multinational company focusing on structured release management for complex hybrid environments ensuring reliable delivery of solutions across day shift operations with no travel requirement. The architect will design scalable patterns for multi channel platforms optimize deployment workflows and align technical decisions with business outcomes while collaborating across diverse product and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Design robust release management architectures that streamline build packaging deployment and rollback processes across hybrid infrastructure while maintaining high reliability and predictable delivery cycles
- Drive standardization of release pipelines by defining reusable patterns templates and controls that reduce release risk and improve quality for products supported in a day shift environment
- Coordinate end to end release planning by aligning development testing operations and business stakeholders to agreed schedules scope and success criteria ensuring smooth and well communicated deployments
- Implement rigorous versioning configuration and environment management practices that protect production stability and support clear traceability of changes across applications and platforms
- Optimize automation in release workflows using enterprise grade tools and scripts to reduce manual intervention shorten cycle times and minimize human error during deployments
- Analyze release incidents deployment failures and post release defects to identify root causes and design sustainable improvements that enhance reliability for future releases
- Create comprehensive release documentation including run books deployment guides and recovery procedures that enable operations teams to execute releases confidently and consistently
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed required governance checks approvals and audit evidence within the release management lifecycle supporting regulatory and policy adherence
- Engage with product owners and solution teams to prioritize release content based on business value risk and readiness ensuring that changes delivered through each release contribute meaningfully to company objectives
- Support multi channel initiatives by designing release strategies that coordinate deployments across web mobile contact center and other interaction channels delivering a consistent experience to end users
- Mentor junior engineers and release coordinators by sharing best practices troubleshooting approaches and architectural rationale to build a strong organizational capability in release management
- Monitor release performance using metrics such as deployment frequency failure rate change lead time and mean time to recovery translating insights into actionable improvements for teams and processes

Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong hands on experience in enterprise scale release management including planning coordination execution and post release validation across complex application landscapes
- Exhibit proficiency with common release and deployment tooling and scripting approaches enabling efficient automation of build promotion configuration and deployment activities
- Apply solid understanding of software development life cycle and continuous integration and continuous delivery practices to design release processes that integrate seamlessly with engineering workflows
- Display working knowledge of multi channel domain concepts such as unified customer journeys synchronized updates across digital and assisted channels and consistent version rollout across platforms as a desirable capability
- Show skill in analyzing logs metrics deployment records and defect trends to diagnose release related issues and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence
