As a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and innovation within our organization. You will leverage your expertise in OneTrust and User Access & Identity Management to enhance IT security and business support functions. Collaborating in a hybrid work model you will ensure seamless integration and optimization of systems contributing to the companys mission of safeguarding data and empowering users.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions using OneTrust to ensure compliance and data protection.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of user access and identity management systems to enhance security protocols.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to IT business operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT security measures into business processes.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Ensure the reliability and scalability of IT systems to support business growth and continuity.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance implementing necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate training sessions to educate staff on IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery of technical initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on emerging technologies and trends in IT security and user access management.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in OneTrust demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications.
  • Have a strong background in user access and identity management showcasing proficiency in securing systems.
  • Exhibit expertise in IT business support with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of IT security principles with a focus on protecting data and mitigating risks.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field highlighting technical competence.
  • Showcase excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
  • Display effective communication skills facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
