Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Collaboration Consultant to support postmigration operations for Microsoft 365 collaboration workloads This role focuses on user support issue resolution and ensuring a smooth transition after migrations
Responsibilities
Provide enduser support for Teams OneDrive Outlook and SharePoint after migration activities
Troubleshoot login issues mailbox access Teams meetings file permissions and sync issues
Assist in validating migration results mailboxcontent completion and remediation tasks
Document issues create knowledge articles and track resolutions
Support onboarding sessions and communication to help users adapt to new tools
Escalate complex issues to SME and engineering teams as needed
Maintain service desk SLAs and respond promptly to support tickets
Required Skills
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services
Experience troubleshooting common collaboration issues
Good communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with Outlook Teams and OneDrive functionalities
Willingness to learn and grow in cloud collaboration technologies
Certifications Required
