About the role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will make an impact by supporting accurate, timely and compliant payroll administration and processing for Lithuania. You will be a valued member of the European Payroll team, reporting to the Regional Payroll Lead and working with internal business partners and external vendors.
In this role, you will:
Consolidate payroll data from multiple sources and submit accurate information to payroll processing platforms.
Review payroll calculations and reconcile related liabilities, including taxes, social contributions, insurance and pensions.
Respond to employee payroll queries and provide clear, service-focused support.
Manage payroll communications with vendors and key business partners.
Maintain data privacy compliance and support ad hoc payroll activities and special projects.
Work model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position in Lithuania. Specific office attendance requirements will be confirmed during the recruitment process.

What you need to have to be considered
At least three years of relevant experience in payroll administration, payroll processing or a similar role.
Knowledge of Lithuanian payroll practices and local data privacy requirements.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
Professional working proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
Ability to organise work effectively, meet recurring deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
These will help you stand out
Experience using PeopleSoft or another enterprise resource planning system.
Knowledge of payroll accounting
Previous experience within HR, Finance or a multinational environment.
A proactive, service-oriented approach and a commitment to improving internal processes
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
