About the role
As a Community & Partnerships Lead, LATAM, you will make an impact by building strong relationships between partners, communities, and internal teams across Latin America. You will drive engagement initiatives, support partner adoption of digital tools, facilitate knowledge sharing, and strengthen collaboration across a diverse regional ecosystem. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, operational excellence, and the ability to navigate multicultural environments while supporting strategic initiatives throughout the region.
In this role, you will
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, community members, and key stakeholders across LATAM.
- Develop training materials, enablement resources, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support partner and community success.
- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and engagement activities that foster collaboration and strengthen regional networks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, address challenges, and drive operational excellence.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate partner and community feedback to internal teams, supporting continuous improvement of products, programs, and processes.
Work Model: Onsite
This role requires working onsite from our office located in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, Brazil, with availability to travel across Latin America as needed to support partner meetings, events, and field engagement activities.
What you need to have to be considered
- 3+ years of experience in Community Management, Account Management, Partnerships, Stakeholder Management, or related areas.
- Experience managing relationships with external partners, customers, communities, or public-sector organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create training materials, documentation, and knowledge-sharing programs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand digital tools, platforms, and product functionality.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Availability to travel across LATAM.

- Experience working with volunteer networks, user communities, or community-driven programs.
- Exposure to mobility, mapping, transportation, smart city, or location-based technology environments.
- Experience working with municipalities, government agencies, or public-sector stakeholders.
- Proven experience organizing regional events, workshops, or partner engagement initiatives.
- Ability to translate partner needs and operational insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
