Salesforce QA Engineer
About the role
In this role, you will:
- Define and implement test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, SIT, UAT, and release validation testing.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for Salesforce configurations, integrations, and custom components.
- Identify, track, manage, and support the resolution of defects while performing root cause analysis and driving continuous quality improvements.
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.
- Contribute to test automation initiatives, CI/CD integration, quality reporting, and continuous testing practices across Agile delivery cycles.

What you need to have to be considered
- Proven experience in QA/testing roles within Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform components and testing methodologies.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in Agile environments.
- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
These will help you stand out
- Experience supporting Salesforce CRM, External Portal, and Project Processing solutions.
- Experience validating integrations involving APIs, middleware, and external data interfaces.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of quality metrics reporting, including test coverage, defect density, and defect leakage tracking.
- Proactive approach to defect prevention, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
