Service Delivery Manager - Pharmacovigilance

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the overall delivery of the engagement
· Responsible for delivering service metrics, client commitments and adherence to contracts
· Liaise with Operation Manager / Engagement Lead regarding team management activities
· Coordinate with other project teams / working groups to identify opportunities in end-to-end process starting from Country Organizations to drive end-to-end optimizations
· Manage end-to-end delivery including budgeting, revenue & cost, capacity planning, tracking and reporting financial status of assigned projects to senior leadership
· Ensure adherence to internal and client procedures for self and team
· Ensuring training compliance and proper documentation is maintained in line with Global Training Plan (GTP) for self and team
· Lead / guide Operations Managers /Team Managers in process improvement initiatives in agreement with Client
· Resource management
· Attrition management
· Quality management
· Align Safety case processing teams with other teams to derive synergies of resources
· Communication with Novartis from a strategic perspective
· Operations review, understanding client’s needs and translating them into visible business process
· Development, maintenance and testing of the project’s business continuity plan
· Ensure project compliance to client SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
· Acts as an escalation point for both internal and external stakeholders
· Accountable to ensure adherence (in a timely and documented manner) to security and compliance policies and procedures within the service delivery scope
· Design and implement KPI (Key Performance Indicators) measure, measurement systems and visual tracking controls/dashboards to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous improvement
Required skills:
· Graduate / Postgraduate / Doctorate degree in Life sciences / Science / Health care / Pharmacy / Medical sciences or equivalent degree
· Overall 8-10 years of relevant experience in Business Process Services (BPS)
· At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles
· Fluency in English
· Effective Communication skills
· Client management skills

· Result Oriented
· Metric Management
