We are seeking a r Developer with deep expertise in the Pega Platform to design, develop, and optimize Pega applications that enhance and streamline business processes. Your work will focus on integration, performance tuning, and release management, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate in a dynamic environment while delivering seamless, high‑impact solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Pega applications to improve operational efficiency and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Pega solutions with existing enterprise systems.
  • Conduct Pega sizing and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
  • Monitor and manage Pega applications to maintain stability, reliability, and performance standards.
  • Oversee Pega release management processes to ensure timely, accurate deployment of updates and enhancements.

Work Model

Required Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in the Pega Platform and its core capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Pega Integration for seamless system connectivity.
  • Experience with Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning.
  • Skilled in Pega Monitoring & Control to ensure system stability.
  • Background in Pega Release Management.
  • Experience with Pega Performance Tuning to optimize application speed and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Cards & Payments domain.
  • Pega certifications such as:
    • Certified Pega System Architect
    • Certified Pega Integration Specialist

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, subject to plan terms and individual performance.
