Job Summary
This role involves monitoring social media platforms to gather insights analyze trends and support strategic decision-making for Hi-Tech clients. The candidate will utilize tools like MS PowerPoint MS Word and MS Excel to create impactful reports and presentations while working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor social media platforms to identify trends sentiment and emerging topics relevant to Hi-Tech clients.
- Analyze social media data to provide actionable insights that align with client objectives and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media monitoring aligns with broader business strategies.
- Utilize MS Excel to organize clean and analyze large datasets for reporting purposes.
- Create visually appealing presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Draft detailed reports using MS Word to summarize insights recommendations and key metrics.
- Support the development of strategies to improve social media engagement and brand presence for Hi-Tech clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and insights in alignment with rotational shift schedules.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while analyzing social media data and preparing deliverables.
- Stay updated on the latest social media tools trends and technologies to enhance monitoring capabilities.
- Provide recommendations to improve social media monitoring processes and tools.
- Work collaboratively in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office tasks effectively.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely in English ensuring all stakeholders understand the insights provided.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS PowerPoint MS Word and MS Excel to create impactful deliverables.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and derive actionable insights.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English including reading writing and speaking fluently.
- Showcase familiarity with the Hi-Tech domain and its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Display adaptability to work in rotational shifts and manage time effectively.
