We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to help shape and deliver innovative CRM and AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who enjoys bridging business and technology, driving stakeholder engagement, and contributing to complex transformation programs.
You will work closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, and development teams to design and implement solutions that optimize customer engagement and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and act as a Proxy Product Owner when required.
  • Advise business stakeholders on solution approaches that align with business objectives.
  • Serve as the key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Support business users in implementing new or enhanced CRM processes.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations, Train-the-Trainer sessions, and end-user training activities.
  • Drive successful adoption of Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.

Required Experience & Skills

Dynamics 365 & CRM Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience working with:
    • Dynamics 365 CE Sales
    • Dynamics 365 Customer Service
    • Dynamics 365 Omnichannel
    • Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and customization.

Technical Knowledge

  • Understanding of:
    • C++
    • .NET Framework
    • Data migration concepts
    • System integration methodologies
  • Familiarity with Power Platform components including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps.

AI & Emerging Technologies

  • Experience delivering Agentic AI solutions using:
    • Microsoft Azure AI services
    • Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Understanding of AI-powered business process optimization and automation.

Business Analysis & Delivery

  • Strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.

Certifications

One or more certifications in:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Copilot / AI-related technologies

Tools

  • Microsoft Visio
  • Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Azure DevOps
