About the role:

The Team & Process Coordinator – Collections (MM&SB) is responsible for coordinating daily team activities, ensuring SLA delivery, maintaining high quality and compliance standards, and acting as a key interface between the team, stakeholders, and AR Management. The role combines team coordination, performance monitoring, quality oversight, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement, with hands‑on involvement in collections operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily team activities to ensure SLA fulfillment and balanced workload
  • Conduct weekly portfolio reviews with team members and document outcomes.
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, activity volumes, and trends; provide regular feedback.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update team statistics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Review blank outcomes, broken promises, potential fraud cases, and random activities.
  • Ensure adherence to key collection processes (data loader, bank files, allocations, suspension and dunning).
  • Act as the first point of contact and escalation for team members, stakeholders, and AR Management.
  • Prepare and lead process-related meetings and communicate performance updates.
  • Support and coach team members, including onboarding and development of new hires.
  • Act as an SME for complex collection and process-related cases.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order‑to‑Cash operations.
  • BSc. Degree is a must
  • Strong understanding of collection processes, quality controls, and KPIs.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders (Quality, AR, AE, Clients).
  • Performance and data analysis skills
  • Effective communication and escalation handling
  • Coaching and feedback delivery
  • Problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
