In this role, you will:
- Provide hands-on L2 and L3 production support for Salesforce applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents as per defined SLAs.
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex Salesforce production issues using configuration, code, and platform tools.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
- Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards to support business and operational needs.
- Collaborate proactively with end users, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support production stability and continuous improvement.

What you need to have to be considered
- Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce production support and development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
- Proven experience resolving L2 and L3 production issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, Integrations, Reports, and Dashboards.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).

- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues and solutions.
- Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- Experience working directly with end users and business stakeholders to provide ongoing technical support.
