We're Hiring: CRM Business Functional Tester
Are you someone who speaks both "business" and "tech"? We're looking for a CRM Functional Tester who can turn complex business workflows into air-tight test cases — and make sure nothing slips through the cracks before it reaches end users.
Unlike a pure technical tester, this role is all about business logic, workflows, and user experience.
What You'll Do:
✅ Analyze BRDs & FSDs — build test plans with full traceability to business requirements
✅ Functional & E2E Testing — Lead Management, Opportunity tracking, Case Management, Campaign automation
✅ Data Integrity & Integration — verify data flows, RBAC permissions, and dashboard accuracy
✅ Defect Management — log bugs in Jira/Azure DevOps, run regression tests, communicate business impact
✅ UAT Support — guide stakeholders, prepare test data, translate tech findings into plain language
️ What You'll Need:
• Hands-on CRM testing: Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, or SAP/Oracle CRM (non-negotiable)
• Tools: Jira, Selenium, Postman, Zephyr, Azure DevOps
• Basic SQL for database verification
• Agile/Scrum mindset and strong SDLC understanding
• ISTQB / Salesforce Admin / Dynamics 365 certifications are a big plus
Experience: 2–5 years in software testing, with 1–2 years specifically in CRM environments.
