Role Overview:
The ServiceNow Value Architect is responsible for ensuring measurable business value, ROI, and outcome realization from ServiceNow investments. The role focuses on translating platform capabilities into quantified business outcomes, governing value delivery across the ServiceNow lifecycle, and enabling continuous optimization within a ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE).


Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and own the ServiceNow value realization strategy aligned to enterprise transformation goals.
2. Develop business cases, value blueprints, and benefits realization plans for ServiceNow initiatives.
3. Establish KPI-driven frameworks to measure financial and non-financial value across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and SPM.
4. Govern value tracking, baseline measurement, periodic value reviews, and executive reporting.
5. Identify value leakage, under-utilization, and optimization opportunities post go live.
6. Drive configuration-first, upgrade-safe optimization to maximize ROI and reduce technical debt.
7. Embed value governance into ServiceNow CoE demand intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning.


Required Skills & Experience:
1. 10–15+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise platforms, or process optimization.
2. 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across large, enterprise-scale implementations.
3. Strong expertise in value engineering, KPI definition, and benefits realization.
4. Ability to translate ServiceNow capabilities into quantified business outcomes.
5. Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Preferred:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) preferred.
Experience in regulated or global enterprise environments is a strong plus.
